How might Montana—ranked fifth in rural population, second in rural land area, and among the most “frontier” states in the nation—bridge persistent funding gaps that limit access to capital for its entrepreneurs, from small towns to tribal nations?

Solution:

Through immersive solutioning labs, Holly Truitt Consulting guided participants in co-creating and prioritizing five high-potential strategies to expand access to capital and strengthen collaboration across Montana’s funding ecosystem. Grounded in human-centered design, the process surfaced actionable insights and next-step recommendations for the Forum’s hosts—transforming conversation into collective strategy and momentum for inclusive economic growth.
