Holly Truitt Consulting (HTC) is 5 years old!
It has been a game changing and downright joyful journey.
It has taken me from Switzerland to France and Dubai to Egypt.
It has gifted the HTC team and me the chance to help organizations (large and small) unlock their greatest hopes and better the world impact.
From small organizations reimagining foster care to Dow Chemical’s quest to create 100% recycled plastic to Harvard Medical School PGED’s advancement of inclusive innovation in the genetics technology/research to a Silicon Valley museum’s efforts to lead vibrant, tri-lingual co-design with its Vietnamese and Spanish families to respond to their hopes and dreams.
Along the way, we have worked with stunning humans, had the chance to bring our learnings to universities like the Stanford d.school, and had what has felt like a crash course MBA in running (and growing) a small business.
As reflect on these five years, I find myself thinking about what Stephen Hawkins wrote, “who could have wished for more.” And…who could have wished for a better team?
