YET…as non-indigenous leaders, how do we bring Native voices and perspectives to our organizational design, decision making tables, and business deals? Where do we start when building relationships? How do we co-create a space for cross-perspective solution finding? How do we navigate cross-institutional and cross-governmental IRB?
